In the unfortunate event of a complaint about either our performance or that of our members, such complaints must be made in writing to the IASCB Complaints Committee with full supporting documentation, where appropriate.

The Complaints Committee will rigorously investigate the complaint and issue an open report of its findings and monitor corrective actions where these are relevant.

We are unable to investigate complaints involving holders of certificates issued by our members. Complaints of this nature must be addressed to the appropriate certification body who have their own complaints procedure in accordance with their IASCB accreditation.
